Job summary

Huntsman Advanced Materials is seeking a Project Manager Lead EMEAI to drive the Duxford transformation programme and coordinate with regional and global stakeholders. This hands-on role focuses on turning plans into measurable results, with travel to regional and global locations as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, business, supply chain or related discipline.
• At least 10 years' experience in industrial operations with a proven record of delivering complex transformation or improvement programmes.
• Strong project or programme management, stakeholder management, prioritisation and change leadership.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and communicate effectively with shop floor to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma; Green Belt/Black Belt certification advantageous.
• Fluency in English; German, French or Spanish language skills would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the Duxford transformation programme and maintain a milestone‑driven roadmap.
• Create structure across workstreams, owners, deliverables, dependencies and completion criteria.
• Work visibly with site teams—from operators and shift managers to senior and global leaders—to move projects forward.
• Influence without direct authority, set clear expectations and constructively challenge delays or weak plans.
• Prioritise effectively, manage risks and resource constraints, and elevate issues at the right time.
• Establish practical governance and reporting that support decisions, accountability and sustainable results.
