Job summary

3M is seeking an instructional design professional to manage webinar setup, hosting, and governance while ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role will develop digital learning content, courses, videos, assessments, and certifications and support LMS publishing and localization.

The candidate should have LMS experience, strong project management, and the ability to collaborate across functions, with fluent English and a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Experience in instructional design, eLearning, or adult learning.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing webinar setup, hosting, presenter support, reporting, and governance.
• Ensuring learning and webinar programs meet brand, legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Developing digital learning content, courses, videos, assessments, and certifications.
• Supporting LMS publishing, localization, and content maintenance.
