3M is seeking an instructional design professional to manage webinar setup, hosting, and governance while ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role will develop digital learning content, courses, videos, assessments, and certifications and support LMS publishing and localization.

The candidate should have LMS experience, strong project management, and the ability to collaborate across functions, with fluent English and a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in instructional design, eLearning, or adult learning
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with Articulate, ON24, or similar tools
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to use learning data to improve outcomes
• Highly organized, curious, and comfortable exploring new learning technologies
• Ability to understand any one or more European languages (Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Polish, etc.)

Job specifics

• Work location: 3M UK, Bracknell
• Work Model: This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office at Bracknell.
• Note: the 3M UK HQ is currently located in Bracknell, Berkshire, and is expected to move to a new facility during Q4 2027 at Winnersh Triangle Business Park, Reading.
• Full Time – Standard Shift
