Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead end-to-end retail display and fixture programs across the EMEA region, including major partners such as Currys and John Lewis. The role requires strategic and hands-on leadership, strong project management, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

The position is based in London with flexibility for remote arrangements; travel up to 20% across EMEA is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in visual merchandising, retail design or fixture program management.
• Experience with end-to-end retail fixture programs for major retailers across multiple EMEA markets.
• Strong project management skills; ability to oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising strategy across all retail partners in EMEA.
• Ensure premium brand presentation across in-store touchpoints from fixtures to displays.
• Manage lifecycle of display programs: design, prototyping, production, distribution, installation and maintenance.
• Partner with Retail Channel Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing and Creative teams to translate objectives into physical retail experiences.
