Job summary

Oura is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead end-to-end retail display programs across the EMEA region, ensuring premium, on-brand experiences with partners such as Currys and John Lewis. This London-based role collaborates globally to elevate store environments.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in visual merchandising or fixture management, strong project management, and hands-on ability to design, prototype, and deploy large-scale displays across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in visual merchandising, retail design, or fixture programs.
• Experience managing end-to-end fixture programs for major retailers across multiple EMEA markets.
• Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of visual merchandising strategy across all EMEA retail partners.
• Ensure premium, on-brand presentation across in-store touchpoints and fixtures.
• Manage lifecycle of display programs: design, prototyping, production, distribution, installation, maintenance.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to translate brand objectives into physical retail experiences.
• Oversee budgets, cost estimates, POs and sourcing to meet deadlines and quality goals.
