Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving sales through excellent visual presentations.
• Understanding of URBN culture and its appeal to the local market.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Project and time management experience.
• Willingness to travel and be away from home store.
• Retail management experience with creative interests in fashion, art and music.

Responsibilities

• Interpret company direction and fashion trends to deliver market-specific VM solutions.
• Seek outside inspiration and contribute unique perspectives to display concepts.
• Lead and collaborate with store manager and coordinators for timely execution.
• Manage seasonal display concepts with planning, mapping and execution.
• Communicate seasonal set-ups through photo layouts each quarter.
• Implement VM initiatives and window schemes to high standards.
• Share merchandising concepts and trends with store teams through meetings and boards.
• Inspire the team by sharing ideas from Head Office.
• Delegate projects while nurturing team creativity.
• Coach team on placement, standards, promotions and business analysis.
• Facilitate efficient shipment processing to maximise sales.
• Maintain organised office, signage, and fixture room.
• Uphold mystery shop standards and company benchmarks.
• Build community relationships reflecting urban culture.
