Job summary

Ishida Europe Limited is seeking a Project Manager to own high-profile turnkey projects across the food and packaging industry. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams from handover to installation, manage budgets, and drive successful delivery across the EMEA region with occasional global support.

The role emphasizes commercial awareness, strong communication, and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline is required.
• Proven project management experience for large turnkey capital equipment projects in FMCG/food industry.
• Experience managing budgets and schedules; proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery from concept to installation and handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resources, and milestones.
• Manage budgets and ensure gross margin targets are met.
• Lead reviews, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, OEMs and internal teams.
• Support technical solutions and customer proposals.
• Drive quality, safety and compliance through the lifecycle.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers.
