Responsibilities

• Oversee EMEA travel operations and ensure global consistency.
• Manage escalations and lead root-cause analysis with vendors.
• Maintain relationships with TMCs, airlines, hotels and tech providers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk and Compliance on program policies.
• Develop cost-control initiatives and traveler experience improvements.
