Qualifications

• Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience in HR, preferably in the HR Partner space.
• Experience supporting M&A activity.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible advocate for the PCC Operating Model across the EMEA region.
• Partner with EMEA stakeholders to share updates and address concerns.
• Gather feedback from regional stakeholders and translate into improvement recommendations.
• Guide PCC teams through role changes and structural shifts, aligning with global standards.
• Deliver messaging, toolkits, and guidance to support PCC model adoption.
• Collaborate with global HR Transformation & Integration teams to align progress with program design.
• Provide practical advice and support to PCC leaders during the transformation journey.
