Worldpay is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Transformation, to join the Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team in Greater London. You will support strategic initiatives, translate data into insights, and help shape the future of global commerce.

Qualifications

1–3 years' experience in business analysis, consulting or operations.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Strong Excel-based analysis and executive-ready Presentations.

Responsibilities

Structure complex enterprise problems into hypotheses, analyses and plans.
Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses using performance, financial and operational data.
Develop business cases, scenarios and practical recommendations with clear trade-offs.
Create concise, executive-ready presentations and recommendations for decisions.
Own workstreams within strategy initiatives from scoping to implementation.
Identify root causes and translate findings into sustainable improvements.
Collaborate with commercial, product, operations, finance and tech teams to align on outcomes.
Define success measures and track impact of implemented changes.
