Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an EMEA Technology Manager, Tender & Pricing for a hybrid role based in Leeds, UK. You will own contracting technology roadmaps, translate regional needs into tech outcomes, and partner with Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver scalable solutions.

You will lead agile teams, apply AI and analytics to optimize pricing and contracting, and drive data integrity across platforms in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in technology product management, product ownership, or commercial IT roles.
• Experience with enterprise systems (contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP, tender management) and Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated environments, translating business needs into tech solutions.
• Fluent English; willingness to travel 10-20% internationally within EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for contracting tech solutions.
• Translate business, legal, and commercial requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
• Partner with commercial, pricing, and tender teams to support lifecycle processes and contract execution.
• Lead Agile delivery with sprint planning, reviews, and timely releases.
• Apply AI, analytics, and automation to modernize platforms for pricing, engagement, and revenue optimization.
