Job summary

Seequent is seeking a Team Lead, Technical Support to guide the EMEA Global Technical Support Team. This hybrid role combines hands-on resolution of complex customer issues with leadership responsibilities to deliver high-quality service and meet team objectives.

You will lead and coach the team, coordinate cross-functional resources, and contribute to knowledge-base development while ensuring excellent customer outcomes across email, phone and remote sessions.

Qualifications

7+ years in a technical role with 1+ year of team leadership
Geology, Geophysics or geoscience degree
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Proven ability to motivate, coach and develop a productive team
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with Seequent products is advantageous

Responsibilities

Lead and support the EMEA technical support team to meet service levels and performance targets
Provide hands-on technical support for complex or escalated customer issues
Coordinate resources across departments to resolve highly complex cases
Monitor team performance and deliver coaching and development plans
Develop and implement support processes and best practices
Collaborate with Global Support, Product, Sales and Development teams to improve service delivery
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
Create and maintain reusable knowledge assets for the team syllabus
