Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in biological sciences required.
• Minimum 2 years in scientific customer support role.
• Experience generating technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers needing technical and scientific support.
• Log cases and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Inform requirements to scale support processes and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with R&D during product development using Voice of Customer insights.
• Contribute to customer training materials and documentation.
