Qualifications

• The candidate has 10+ years of experience in technical delivery or senior services leadership.
• Experience leading large, multi-country implementation programs in healthcare IT or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of architectures, integration, and data platforms.
• Proven ability to manage resources, forecast needs, and optimize operations at scale.
• Ability to transform organizations and drive standardization in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and unify all Technical Implementation teams across EMEA under a single structure, ensuring consistency.
• Define and enforce best practices, governance, and quality across projects.
• Maintain alignment with country leadership to meet annual targets while leveraging regional synergies.
• Drive cross-country collaboration and resource optimization for flexible deployment.
• Own regional capacity planning, forecasting, and utilization using data and AI insights.
• Oversee partner strategy, onboarding, performance management, and alignment.
• Embed AI-powered ARIES methodology across all delivery activities.
• Establish KPIs for delivery quality, efficiency, and partner performance.
• Support country Directors in achieving project success with strong technical oversight.
• Lead continuous improvement via reusable assets, automation, and standardization.
• Act as senior advisor in customer engagements to ensure delivery excellence.
