Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Technical Adoption Architect in London to drive customer adoption from pre-sales through activation. You will design contracting workflows, ensure solutions meet customer goals, and guide AI-enabled contracting transformations.

The role requires deep enterprise stakeholder management and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, adoption milestones, and long-term

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional services/consulting in software companies.
• Ability to connect technical decisions to customer value and adoption outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage customer expectations and escalations.
• Experience navigating enterprise orgs including Legal, Sales, IT.
• Strong AI consulting instincts and ability to explain AI to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams to drive adoption from pre-sales to activation.
• Design and build contracting workflows, templates, and integrations.
• Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end.
• Provide guidance on AI-driven contracting transformation.
• Advise on aligning stakeholders across Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT.
• Lead executive demos, workshops, and enablement sessions.
• Serve as voice of the customer to Product team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to guide customers along full journey.
