Job summary

Source Technology Limited seeks a Senior AI Adoption Technical Consultant for a 6‑month contract, fully remote across Europe. The role involves embedding senior AI expertise to accelerate AI adoption, with 3–5 days per week expected and a focus on practical AI workflows, workshops, and hands-on delivery.

Candidates should have broad AI/engineering experience, including AI-assisted development, Copilot, and AI agents, to drive rapid capability building within client teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across AI-assisted software development, GitHub Copilot, agentic AI, AI agents, software architecture, QA automation, DevOps and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess current engineering processes and AI maturity.
• Identify high-value AI use cases.
• Introduce AI-assisted development workflows.
• Deliver hands‑on workshops and pair programming.
• Build proof‑of‑concept AI agents.
• Create AI best practices, documentation and adoption playbooks.
• Coach technical leads and internal AI champions.
