Culligan Shared Services is seeking a Talent & People Advisor to support the Talent & People strategy, delivering end-to-end recruitment and HR generalist support for the EMEA region. You will work with managers across Europe, providing guidance on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, lifecycle processes and HR best practices to attract, develop, engage and retain talent.

- End-to-end recruitment experience
- HR advisory across employee lifecycle
- Experience with ER matters and performance management
Responsabilidades
- Support recruitment activities for multiple vacancies using the ATS
- Provide first-line HR guidance to managers and employees
- Assist with employee relations, performance management, and change projects
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure policy compliance
