Job summary

Hiya in the UK is seeking an in‑house recruiter to own end‑to‑end talent acquisition across EMEA, spanning GTM and Engineering roles from intake through offer. You will partner daily with hiring managers and HR across US and Europe.

You’ll build market maps, pitch Hiya credibly in markets with little name recognition, and use AI tools for sourcing, screening and reporting. This role demands resilience and strategic judgment across multi‑country employment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in‑house recruiting across multiple EMEA markets.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting both commercial and technical roles.
• Proven track record identifying and attracting senior talent in no‑brand environments.
• Strategic advisory ability to hiring managers, able to challenge briefs.
• Active, fluent use of AI tools in recruitment and modern stacks.
• Drive, resilience and comfort with ambiguity in outbound hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 8 to 12 live roles across EMEA end to end, spanning GTM and Engineering.
• Run intake meetings to define briefs and align with market.
• Source directly and relentlessly; many hires won't apply to us.
• Build and maintain market maps, talent pools and competitor intelligence.
• Pitch Hiya credibly to senior candidates in markets with no name recognition.
• Use AI tooling across sourcing, screening, outreach and reporting.
• Partner with HR Operations and onboarding across US and Europe.
