Job summary

Hawkwood is expanding into Europe and seeks a Senior Recruiter (EMEA) to own full-cycle recruiting across the region from London. You will partner with the US Talent team and business leaders to establish hiring foundations, focusing initially on GTM, revenue, and technically oriented customer-facing roles.

You will shape hiring plans, provide market insights, and determine where to invest headcount, operating as a hands-on, high-ownership contributor in a flat culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth B2B SaaS, AI or technology businesses.
• Strong GTM and revenue recruiting expertise.
• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment with limited infrastructure.
• Exposure to both earlier-stage and larger technology organisations.
• Deep knowledge of the London technology talent market.
• Ability to operate independently as the first recruiter in a new region.
• Excellent sourcing capability and instinct for identifying exceptional talent.
• Commercial judgement and ability to challenge hiring managers constructively.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across EMEA, focusing on sales, revenue and GTM roles alongside technically oriented customer-facing positions.
• Act as the first Talent partner on the ground in London, establishing local recruiting infra, processes and ways of working for European growth.
• Partner with senior leaders to define roles, calibrate profiles and establish what exceptional talent looks like in a new market.
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and creative engagement.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation, location and hiring realities in London/EMEA.
• Operate across strategy and execution, from hiring briefs to sourcing and closing candidates.
• Help translate US Talent model into effective EMEA approaches, adjusting for market nuances.
• Utilize AI product to automate workflows, interrogate data and increase leverage across Talent.
• Use feedback to refine hiring strategies and report market responses.
