Job summary

Worldpay (UK) Limited is seeking a Head of Strategic Solutions EMEA to drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth across the region. You will lead a high-performing Enterprise team, shape long-term growth strategy, and collaborate with product, pricing, and partners to unlock opportunities.

The role focuses on strategic sales initiatives, cross-sell execution, and market expansion with top enterprise clients and strategic partners. Strong leadership and payments/fintech expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, strategic consulting, payments, or fintech environments.
• Proven track record delivering revenue, sales, and growth targets in enterprise settings.
• Strong ability to forecast, manage pipelines, and drive predictable commercial outcomes.
• Experience building and executing strategic growth plans that translate into measurable revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for multi-million-dollar revenue and cross-sell targets.
• Own the team’s commercial performance, pipeline, forecast accuracy, and sales execution.
• Develop and execute growth strategy across EMEA, identifying opportunities and revenue levers.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities with disciplined sales management.
• Remove commercial barriers by partnering with Product, Pricing, Operations, Risk, and Commercial teams.
• Drive commercialization of relationships with card schemes and strategic partners.
• Lead strategic planning, unlocking incremental revenue across enterprise relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive cross-functional account strategies and maximize wallet share.
• Use data and customer insights to inform regional growth and investment priorities.
