Job summary

Salesforce seeks an Associate Relationship Manager for Launchpad EMEA to serve as the companys primary presence in the European startup scene. You will build scalable programs, drive technical engagement, and support VC-backed founders at all stages to unlock the Salesforce platform value.

You will collaborate with EMEA SMB sales leadership and the global Launchpad team to scale engagement, enablement, and portfolio insights across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience building programs, processes, or products from scratch in fast‑growth environments.
• Technical fluency with platform configuration and AI-powered tools.
• Direct exposure to venture capital/startup ecosystems and founders’ priorities.
• Strong communication and influence across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and run scalable engagement programs for European startups within Launchpad.
• Engage with technical founders, operators and engineering teams to unlock value.
• Enable EMEA sales through enablement sessions and cross‑team collaboration.
• Plan and host founder events and deliver data‑driven insights on the startup landscape.
