Job summary

SonarSource in London is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our growing Solutions Engineering team. You’ll bring deep technical expertise to prospects, delivering pre-sales demonstrations and guiding customers through deployment options of Sonar's AI-powered code verification platform.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure technical fit, drive product evaluations, and articulate complex solutions in clear terms.

Qualifications

• Some practical experience in software development or DevOps highly desirable.
• Familiar with local and cloud-based deployment platforms including Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to diagnose complex technical problems and articulate solutions clearly.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to contribute to improvements.

Responsibilities

• Help prospective customers understand how our Clean Code approach fits within their software development life cycle.
• Drive technical demos and product evaluations with customers.
• Advise customers on deployment strategies for Sonar.
• Troubleshoot technical problems encountered by prospects evaluating our products.
• Support product adoption and growth with Customer Success and Support teams.
• Explain advanced product editions to existing customers.
• Provide technical enablement to channel partners.
