Job summary

zerohash is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (EMEA) to join our Platform team. You will co-own production services, drive reliability and scalability, and work with Software Engineering to improve operations.

You will deploy and manage infrastructure in AWS, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to performance benchmarking and on-call rotations. A strong focus on collaboration and automation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying, managing and troubleshooting infrastructure in AWS.
• Full lifecycle deployment of containers to production using self-managed Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS.
• Ability to build custom tooling when off-the-shelf options aren’t available.
• Understanding of CI/CD and deploying code to production environments.
• Able to diagnose issues in distributed Linux systems and trace requests across components.

Responsibilities

• Co-own production services to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Deliver new features while maintaining day-to-day operations of existing services.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering to drive operational improvements via metrics.
• Develop and maintain performance benchmarks for applications.
• Support CI/CD, tooling, monitoring, and workflow management.
