Job summary

ClearScore is expanding its Site Reliability Engineering team in the UK to build and maintain a resilient internal developer platform providing three nines uptime. You will automate, monitor and scale critical services using Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform and CI/CD tools, while embracing AI-assisted workflows for efficiency.

You will collaborate with development and operations teams, own incident response, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and high-quality software

Qualifications

• Experience building and supporting scalable, automated infrastructure.
• Experience operating distributed systems with complex failure modes.
• Deploying and operating infrastructure in AWS or similar cloud.
• Building and running containerised production workloads and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with logging, monitoring and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an internal developer platform with a focus on reliability.
• Investigate and resolve production issues and drive incident response improvements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve software delivery and system resilience.
