Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Senior Manager of Professional Services - EMEA to lead delivery for a portion of our Enterprise segment. You will own the end-to-end customer journey across implementations, consulting engagements, and advisory services to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes.

You’ll build and grow a team of Solutions Architects, standardize delivery practices, and partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless experience for UK customers in a remote-first,

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in Professional Services or related field.
• At least 2+ years of leadership managing delivery teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Professional Services delivery for Enterprise segment.
• Lead, mentor, and grow Solutions Architects and PS staff.
• Standardize delivery methodologies and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, Engineering for seamless delivery.
• Drive customer outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
