Job summary

Arena by PTC is seeking a Business Development Representative to support the EMEA region. This entry-level sales role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, and introducing our cloud-native PLM and QMS solutions to potential customers.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales to turn interest into opportunities, while developing your sales skills in a global SaaS environment. Fluency in English and another European language is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent life/work experience.
• Interest in technology, SaaS, or business development.
• Experience in any customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English and in French, German, or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through outreach and relationship building.
• Explain Arena’s cloud-native PLM and QMS solutions and their impact.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to convert interest into opportunities.
• Build sales skills through training, mentorship, and peer support.
