Job summary

AkzoNobel, a long-established paints company, is hiring an EMEA Promo, Mix & RGM Tools Lead to shape how promotional investment and product mix are managed across Decorative Paints in EMEA. You will set standards for evaluation and support market teams with actionable insights.

The role requires a Master’s in business, economics, engineering, analytics or related field, at least 5 years in revenue growth management or analytics, and strong Excel and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, economics, engineering, analytics or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in revenue growth management, commercial analytics or category management.
• Hands-on promotional evaluation and strong analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI demonstrated; SQL or Python a plus.
• Ability to translate commercial questions into analytical solutions.
• Strong leadership, project and stakeholder management in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain evaluation standards for promotional effectiveness and ROI.
• Analyse promotional performance by channel, retailer and category.
• Guide future investment decisions and track impact of pricing, volume and mix.
• Lead the roadmap for digital revenue growth tools with IT and external partners.
• Establish data definitions and drive analytics adoption across markets.
