AkzoNobel in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced EMEA Promo, Mix & RGM Tools Lead to shape promotional investment and product mix for Decorative Paints across markets. You will set standards for evaluating effectiveness and drive data-backed decisions that improve revenue and margin.

You will lead development of digital tools and data foundations, turning complex insights into practical actions, partnering with Sales, Brand, Category, and Digital teams to enable commercial success.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years in revenue growth management or analytics with hands-on promo evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills translating questions into analytical solutions.
• Experience evaluating promotions and identifying ROI opportunities.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI; SQL/Python advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain a consistent approach to evaluating promotional effectiveness across EMEA.
• Analyse promotional performance by channel, retailer and category to guide investment decisions.
• Set promotional strategies, principles and investment guidelines across key channels.
• Track and forecast impact of price, volume and mix on revenue and margin.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Digital and IT to turn mix opportunities into action.
