Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Regional Director, Revenue Operations — EMEA to lead the region's revenue engine. You will partner with go-to-market leadership, shape operating models, and drive predictable, accelerated growth across EMEA.

Reporting to the Global VP, Revenue Operations, you will co-design global standards with Centers of Excellence and translate them into in-region execution while balancing regional realities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering for VP & MD EMEA and GTM leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Regional Forecasting & Pipeline Management using global methodologies to give real-time visibility into pipeline and revenue.
• Regional Operating Rhythms: manage QBRs, business reviews, and performance reviews anchored to a global framework.
• Global COE Partnership: co-design global operating model with Centers of Excellence and bring it to life in EMEA.
