Job summary

Brompton Bicycle Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Leader to drive customer experience and commercial performance across its EMEA network, including Junction stores and multiple Partners.

You will champion growth of the Brompton Partner network while maintaining premium brand standards and a high level of service. The role requires frequent travel across EMEA markets and close collaboration with the EMEA Retail Trainer.

Qualifications

• Senior multi-site leadership in premium or specialty retail.
• Experience across owned, franchise, and wholesale/dealer channels.
• Proven ability to lift conversion, clienteling, and sell-through.
• Strong partner and stakeholder management, comfortable in a matrix organisation.
• Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA markets.
• Fluent in premium brand and service standards; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the 7-Step Client Journey, VM-in-a-Box, StoreIQ, BOP, and clienteling across EMEA Junctions, Franchise Stores and selected Partners.
• Responsible for EMEA Junction stores hitting key commercial and operational KPIS.
• Enforce the Partner Programme standard across the region.
• Lead retail delivery for any Junction and new Partner opportunities
• Work closely with and support the EMEA Retail Trainer.
