Job summary

Qualifications
- Senior multi-site retail leadership in premium or specialty retail.
- Experience across owned, franchise, and wholesale/dealer channels.
- Proven ability to lift conversion, clienteling, and sell-through.
- Strong partner and stakeholder management in a matrix environment.
- Willing to travel regularly across EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Deploy the 7-Step Client Journey, VM-in-a-Box, StoreIQ, BOP, and clienteling across EMEA Junctions, Franchise Stores and selected Partners.
- Ensure EMEA Junction stores hit key commercial and operational KPIs.
- Enforce the Partner Programme standard across the region.
- Lead retail delivery for Junction and new Partner opportunities.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Retail Trainer and support cross-functional teams.
