Job summary

Octopus Computer Associates is seeking a proactive Sales Operations & Enablement Coordinator on a contract basis in Greater London. You will support a large team of Relationship Managers and VPs, help colleagues navigate Salesforce, and keep contract data current.

Your role focuses on practical system walkthroughs, data accuracy, and timely deal progression. You will also create reports, validate merchant volumes, and contribute to governance packs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales operations or related roles.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience and data management.
• Confident with Excel/Sheets, including lookups and pivots.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Relationship Managers and VPs with operational queries.
• Deliver system walkthroughs and help new joiners get up to speed.
• Update records, upload contracts, and maintain data integrity.
• Submit and track requests across Salesforce, Zip and Oracle.
• Use Excel/Sheets to validate merchant volumes and pipelines.
• Build a library of presentations, guides and job aids.
• Test Salesforce updates and support deal reviews.
