Job summary

Valsoft Corporation is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our growing commercial team across the EMEA region. You will nurture relationships, drive renewals, and identify opportunities to upsell while collaborating with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to maximise customer value.

The role emphasises relationship-building, adoption metrics, and strategic account growth in a fully remote setting, with travel within the EMEA region as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; multi-language assets are a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Highly organized with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers.
• Develop long-term customer relationships at all levels.
• Conduct regular business reviews to monitor adoption and value realization.
• Drive renewals, retention, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell in collaboration with Sales.
• Gather customer insights to inform product and roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate across Support, Product, Sales, and Engineering.
