Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Regional Retail Director for the EMEA region to partner with EMEA Retail, Franchise, Category and E‑commerce teams to drive incremental revenue through best‑in‑class retail execution, shopper activation, strategic retailer partnerships and channel development.

The role defines and evolves the EMEA Retail Development strategy, increasing product placement, visibility and sell‑through while delivering measurable ROI on marketing spend.

Qualifications

• Experience within a fast-paced and dynamic commercial organization.
• Knowledge of retail marketing including trade marketing, social media and digital marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, stakeholder management and influencing skills across a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead annual retail activation plans, in partnership with the HUB teams, tied to global opportunities.
• Identify, share and scale high-performing retail programmes and best practices across EMEA.
• Establish clear retail performance measures, with Finance, to evaluate activity effectiveness.
• Support building stronger partnerships with key retailers and a regional approach.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Regional Retail Manager.
• Build a collaborative EMEA retail culture with accountability and ROI measurement.
• Provide leadership for EMEA Retail Development across Retail, Franchise, Category and E‑commerce.
• Partner with E‑commerce to align digital and retail strategies and performance.
