OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Sales Director in London to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. You will drive personal and team targets, coach executives, and collaborate with Marketing on ABM and pipeline generation.

You will oversee training, RFP support, and data-driven performance reporting, using CRM tools to optimize outcomes and ensure consistent, strategic deal progression.

Formación

• Senior-level sales track record delivering against targets in a B2B environment.
• Experience coaching teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and pipeline management.
• Experience supporting RFP, pitch and bid processes on complex opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to meet targets.
• Manage training programmes and ensure team fluency in sales processes and tools.
• Run regular progress meetings and set SMART objectives for the team.
• Recruit and onboard new sales executives to grow the team.
• Own personal sales targets and monitor team performance via Salesforce.
• Provide support during RFP, pitch, and bid cycles and help close deals.
