Job summary

Rotork, the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, seeks a Regional Head of Health, Safety & Environmental to govern HSE across Europe, the Middle East and Africa from the UK. You’ll drive governance, risk assessment and ISO 45001/14001 implementation to raise safety and environmental performance.

Lead a regional leadership network, run second party audits, mentor teams, and embed best practices in planning, operations and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational/field-service leadership within high hazard industries.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety, process safety and risk management.
• Experience developing and improving ISO 45001/14001 management systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, assurance and expert support on safety, process safety and environmental protection.
• Lead regional HSE strategy implementation and risk-based guidance.
• Oversee audits, reporting, and continuous improvement across the region.
• Coach and mentor teams to adopt global HSE standards.
