Job summary

Rotork is a market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company delivering solutions that keep industries moving. We are seeking a Regional Head of Health, Safety & Environmental for Europe, Middle East and Africa to govern, assure and drive HSE performance across the region.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on support, audits, and continuous improvement, reporting into Operations Excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying HSE programs across large regions or sites.
• Ability to lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Experience with ISO 45001/14001/50001 management systems and governance frameworks.
• Strong track record of driving continuous improvement and governance across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, assurance and expert support on safety, process safety and environmental protection.
• Lead regional HSE strategy implementation and embed excellence into business planning.
• Conduct regional HSE audits, performance monitoring and trend analysis.
• Develop and implement global standards, reporting, and regulatory communication.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to share best practices and drive improvement.
• Coach and mentor local teams to roll out HSE initiatives across EMEA.
