Job summary

Rotork is seeking a Regional Head of Health, Safety and Environmental for the EMEA region. This role partners with leadership teams and site leaders to implement the global HSE strategy across multiple countries, driving risk reduction and environmental governance.

You will lead expert guidance on critical risks, support audits and investigations, and coach local HSE professionals while reporting to senior leadership and PLC board.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' HSE experience in multinational environments.
• Strong track record in process safety and high-hazard operations.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent with ISO system experience.
• Excellent business partnering and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional HSE partner to leadership and sites across EMEA, implementing strategy.
• Provide guidance on critical risks and risk controls.
• Lead audits, assurance activities, and incident investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement using data trends.
• Coach local HSE professionals and engage senior leaders.
