Smartsheet is seeking a Regional Customer Marketing Manager to drive in-region customer marketing, advocacy and stories. You will partner with Field Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to land global programmes with regional nuance and measurable impact.

The role focuses on regional programmes like user groups, customer stories, speaker requests, and advisory boards, leveraging data and KPIs to prove ROI. London-based, hybrid eligible.

Qualifications

• 5 years in B2B SaaS marketing with customer marketing or advocacy experience.
• Proven track record running regional customer programmes with measurable impact.
• Self-starter who can drive projects with minimal guidance.
• Strong cross-functional operator with Sales, CS and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent storytelling instincts to shape customer narratives.
• Data-literate and KPI-driven with Salesforce and marketing automation skills.
• Experience with ABM, Community, or Lifecycle Marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regionally 20–30% and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for all regional customer marketing activity.
• Localise and deliver central programmes in-region (user groups, stories, speaker requests).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of referenceable customers with Sales/CS.
• Identify and prepare regional customer speakers for events.
• Integrate lifecycle programmes to land in-region with high-touch CS.
• Tie events to commercial outcomes and report pipeline influence.
• Collaborate with ABM, Community, and Customer Advocacy peers.
• Ensure regional activity reinforces a single, consistent customer narrative.
