Smartsheet Inc. is seeking a Customer Marketing Programme Coordinator to support Account-Based Marketing programs and the broader Customer Marketing team from our London office (hybrid eligible).

You will own logistics for customer-facing programs, coordinate events, and help keep dashboards and calendars up-to-date, enabling the team to focus on delivering value to customers and driving pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or programme coordination in B2B SaaS.
• Strong track record juggling multiple programmes and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on operational and logistical support for ABM programs and key Customer Marketing initiatives.
• Own and run the Mobilizer program globally to drive adoption in key accounts.
• Coordinate webinars and events with Lifecycle Marketing and Customer Success teams.
