Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. You will lead regional employer brand activities, create compelling content, and develop targeted campaigns to attract talent across EMEA while collaborating with global recruitment teams.

You will drive storytelling across social channels, optimise advertising across job boards, and contribute to global initiatives such as EVP activation and internal mobility programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent attraction, content marketing or a related marketing role.
• Strong copywriting, content creation and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing campaigns across digital and social media channels.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruitment marketing and employer brand activity across EMEA.
• Create content showcasing our people, culture, brands and career opportunities.
• Develop targeted attraction campaigns for priority and hard-to-fill vacancies.
• Support and execute LinkedIn employer brand strategies.
• Grow authentic employee storytelling initiatives across social channels.
• Support rollout of the Employee Advocacy Program.
• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to enhance talent attraction strategies.
• Optimise recruitment advertising across UK, Europe and South Africa.
• Create and maintain careers site content and recruitment assets.
• Analyse campaign performance data and ROI.
• Contribute to EVP activation, alumni engagement and internal mobility initiatives.
