Flight Centre Travel Group in London is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for a 12‑month fixed term contract to bring our employer brand to life across EMEA and drive global recruitment marketing initiatives.

You'll partner with the Global Recruitment Marketing Leader and Talent Acquisition to create campaigns, content and candidate experiences that showcase our people, culture and career opportunities, in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent attraction, content marketing or a related marketing role.
• Strong copywriting, content creation and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing campaigns across digital and social media channels.
• Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn for employer branding and talent attraction.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to use data and insights to improve marketing performance.
• Ability to balance regional priorities while contributing to global projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment marketing and employer brand activity across EMEA.
• Create content showcasing our people, culture, brands and career opportunities.
• Develop targeted attraction campaigns for priority and hard-to-fill vacancies.
• Support and execute LinkedIn employer brand strategies.
• Grow authentic employee storytelling initiatives across social channels.
• Support the Employee Advocacy Program rollout and expansion.
• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to enhance talent attraction strategies.
• Optimise recruitment advertising across UK, Europe and South Africa.
• Maintain careers site content and recruitment marketing assets.
• Analyse campaign data to improve outcomes and ROI.
• Contribute to EVP activation and internal mobility initiatives.
