Job summary

Harvey is seeking an EMEA Recruiting Operations Manager to keep hiring running smoothly across the region. You will turn loosely defined processes into automated workflows and help lead AI projects with analytics teams.

Based in the UK or Europe, you will own day-to-day recruiting operations in EMEA, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive scalable, reliable processes that support rapid growth. Excellent communication and a bias for action are essential to succeed in this high-impact role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruiting operations, people operations, or a similar operational role in a fast-growing company.
• Track record of taking messy, undefined processes and making them clear, repeatable, and reliable.
• Hands-on automation experience, including AI or workflow tools, and the discipline to hand work off so others can maintain it.
• Experience supporting hiring across EMEA markets.
• Strong cross-functional skills: partner with analytics and AI teams and explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute tier 2 operational work in EMEA: the complex, poorly defined processes that don't fit a standard playbook.
• Automate that work so it runs on its own, then document it and hand it off to the coordination team to maintain.
• Work on larger AI implementation projects, partnering with analytics and AI colleagues.
• Keep the lights on in EMEA, owning day-to-day recruiting operations for the region.
