IonQ, Inc. in the Oxford/London area seeks a Partner Lead, EMEA to develop lighthouse channel and reseller partnerships.

You will build deep relationships with local resellers, distributors and system integrators to pursue priority customers and support early adoption of IonQ’s frontier technology portfolio. The role covers IonQ’s compute, networking, security, sensing, space and merchant services, with pursuits matched to each partner’s capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in regional channel sales or strategic partner management.
• Strong regional market knowledge and ability to activate local teams of global partners.
• Proven track record of developing focused partnerships into scalable channels that deliver revenue growth.
• Demonstrated cross-cultural communication and executive negotiation skills; willing to travel regionally and internationally.

• Engage local partner teams, qualify customers and co-sell early engagements.
• Lead regional partner forecast and manage pipeline with global leads; drive reference wins and repeatable playbooks.
• Collaborate with global alliance leads and regional sales leads to align pursuits and commercial milestones.
