Job summary

Gowan Company seeks a Product Manager to own marketing for its products across Europe, the Middle East & Africa. You will coordinate marketing, supply chain, development, regulatory and sales support to bring products to market, while developing plans, pricing, and positioning.

You will work with country teams and global leads to align with global strategy, drive market development, and expand the regional portfolio. Travel to meet stakeholders will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of commercial sales/marketing experience in crop protection.
• Strong knowledge of market strategy, segmentation and positioning.
• Experience with EMEA crop protection market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven project management, analysis and business planning abilities.
• Ability to present to diverse audiences and launch new products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative work style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing, supply chain, development, regulatory and sales support coordination in Europe, Middle East & Africa.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans, including pricing strategy, communication, product specifications, and positioning.
• Oversee product launches and market development in EMEA.
• Manage cross-functional projects through development and registration phases.
• Coordinate with country teams and global leads to align with strategy.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and new ingredients.
