Job summary

Sourceability is seeking a Regional Product Marketing Manager for the EMEA region. You will own franchised supplier lines, train the sales teams, and develop campaigns with supplier partners to win opportunities and revenue.

This hybrid role spans across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, coordinating with global engineering and sales. You will translate technical product knowledge into market messages, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities in automotive, industrial, medical

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing or related tech/EMEA marketing roles.
• Experience with franchised supplier lines and campaigns.
• Ability to discuss product families and applications with engineers.
• Proven sales training and enablement content creation.
• Strong data analysis and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the EMEA product champion for franchised suppliers and coordinate with partners on strategy.
• Promote visibility of franchised lines with regional sales and BD teams.
• Build and execute marketing plans for assigned franchises with objectives and timelines.
• Deliver sales training on portfolio positioning and applications.
• Support design-in and demand creation with technical guidance.
• Create product collateral and track performance data.
