Job summary

Gowan seeks a Product Manager in Harpenden to own the marketing of our crop protection products across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will drive launches, pricing, messaging and market access while coordinating with development, regulatory, sales and supply chain.

You will work with country teams and global leads to align with the global strategy, develop short- and long-term plans, and identify growth opportunities in the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' commercial sales/marketing experience in crop protection.
• Knowledge of market strategy, segmentation and positioning.
• Experience with EMEA markets and consumer behavior.
