Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset Management is seeking a Product Manager to define and lead the EMEA New Product Experience (NPE) roadmap within our web platform.

You will work with regional NPE Product Managers and marketing teams to align priorities and deliver a best-in-class fund information experience across SICAVs, OEICs and ETFs. Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of financial products and digital fund pages.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across regions and LOBs.
• Proven ability to deliver digital initiatives in Agile environments.
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with CMS platforms and AEM.
• Understanding of UX, SEO and web analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable product requirements.
• Experience partnering with marketing, legal/compliance and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the EMEA product experience strategy and roadmap for NPE.
• Set EMEA priorities and drive delivery outcomes with regional/global teams.
• Provide senior stakeholder leadership across Marketing, Product, Sales, Legal, Risk and Tech.
• Partner with Marketing to optimise journeys from campaign entry to fund exploration.
• Act as Product Owner in an Agile environment with backlog direction and acceptance criteria.
• Translate complex EMEA needs into scalable product requirements for design and engineering.
• Drive data-driven optimisation of Fund Explorer and PDP experiences.
• Lead digital delivery for EMEA regulatory changes and disclosures.
• Collaborate with the Chief Data Office on data priorities for fund attributes and taxonomy.
• Align across CMS, analytics, site search and related digital tooling for a cohesive experience.
