Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Asset Management is seeking a Product Manager to define the EMEA New Product Experience roadmap and own the Fund Explorer and PDPs, delivering a best-in-class digital experience.

You will collaborate with regional NPE Product Managers, Marketing, Technology and Data teams to translate business needs into scalable product requirements and drive agile delivery on the Adobe Experience Manager platform across GB, LU and broader EMEA.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of financial products including SICAVs, OEICs, Investment Trusts, ETFs and UCITS funds.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure across projects to meet deadlines.
• Must demonstrate initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and high energy level.
• Experience with large-scale transformation programs in enterprise environments.
• Experience in digital marketing / e-commerce with CMS and AEM.
• Understanding of UX, SEO and web analytics to tailor pages for diverse audiences.
• Advocate for digital transformation across the business with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the EMEA product experience strategy and roadmap for the New Product Experience (NPE), including Fund Explorer and PDPs.
• Set EMEA priorities and drive delivery outcomes with regional stakeholders and global NPE Product Managers.
• Provide senior stakeholder leadership across EMEA with Marketing, Product, Sales, Legal/Compliance, Risk and Technology.
• Partner with EMEA Marketing to optimise product pages for digital activation from campaigns to fund exploration.
• Act as Product Owner in Agile, defining epics, user stories and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Translate complex EMEA needs into scalable product requirements for design and engineering.
• Drive optimisation using data to improve findability, content clarity and user experience across EMEA funds.
• Lead digital delivery for EMEA regulatory change and align disclosures and customer journeys accordingly.
• Collaborate with the Chief Data Office to reflect product-page and marketing requirements in data priorities.
• Coordinate with CMS, analytics, site search, personalisation and other digital tooling for cohesive delivery.
• Communicate clearly with business impact and measurable outcomes; provide concise updates to leadership.
