Job summary

Evolve are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking an EMEA Marketing Coordinator to join their Specialist Care team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of regional marketing activity across Oncology and Neurology, working closely with EMEA Marketing teams and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

This is a full-time, permanent role based at our client's head office in Hertfordshire.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating meetings, conferences, exhibitions or events across multiple markets.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience with Veeva PromoMats and an understanding of compliance in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Good financial and budget management experience, including managing project expenses and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional marketing activity across Oncology and Neurology in EMEA.
• Plan and manage customer-facing events and presence at international congresses.
• Support logistics, procurement, contracts and compliance for events.
• Maintain trackers and budgets; support financial approvals and ensure expenditure stays within budgets.
• Coordinate marketing materials and approvals through Veeva PromoMats.
• Support on-site delivery of international meetings and congresses, including travel where required.
